A visit to the tel at Megiddo is always impressive. There is so much history that has occurred in this area. One is also made to wonder why so many people believe that there will be a literal “Battle of Armageddon” at this location. With all the symbolism in the book of Revelation it makes little sense for a literal interpretation.
